Refunds & Returns 

Don’t love your purchase? No worries! We offer a full refund, exchange, or credit note for unwanted items if reported to us within 7 days & returned within 14 days of receipt.

What we’ll need from you:

– your order number – details of the goods you intend to return – preferred/appropriate reimbursement (refund or exchange)

Then, carefully repackage your return and pop it in the post to our Returns Address:

Please note

– we don’t currently cover the delivery costs of returns, unless your goods are damaged or faulty – goods must be returned in an unused & re-saleable condition – goods reported & returned after 14 days but before 28 days still qualify for either an exchange or credit note – we’re sorry, but we can’t process returns for earrings for hygiene reasons!

Received a faulty product? 

Sorry! If goods are faulty or damaged, we will offer a full refund, exchange, or credit note if returned to us within 28 days. We will bear the cost of these returns.
